Refunds & Returns

Requests for refunds or exchanges are entertained, however; this is contingent upon the condition the items are returned. We will not offer any refunds or exchange for obvious careless handling and abuse of the item. Damage during shipping must be addressed with the USPS. Nextel Network will provide all necessary documents to assist the buyer obtain their refund. This is the procedure as the buyer will have to deliver the damaged items to the USPS for inspection.
